Farm Manager

I have a passion for farming and understanding people's relationship to the land and the food and the fibre that we all need. I've worked in farming, marketing agricultural products, R&D, and advisory roles throughout my career. Much of my career has been in international livestock development. I specialise in farm systems and information management for smallholders. I've worked in Asia, the Pacific and Africa in a variety of roles from pasture agronomy to project design and team leadership. A key reason for my involvement is that I am committed to participating in the development of future farm systems which not only meet the needs of a growing world population but do it in a more environmentally sustainable way. We have an exciting opportunity at Onekakā to be part of exploring new ways of living with and on the land, integrating Ren Xue values, that can then be shared more widely.
